Salon Ancora – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Salon Ancora, your time—and ours—is valuable. To ensure the best experience for all guests and our team, we have the following policies in place:

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice could incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total
  • Future bookings may require a deposit after repeated late cancellations or no-shows

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

We take great pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment so we can review and, if appropriate, offer an adjustment.

  • Adjustments are offered at the discretion of Salon Ancora
  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered
  • Results may vary based on hair history, condition, and at-home care

Service Adjustments

Our goal is for you to love your hair. If something doesn’t feel right:

  • Please notify us within 2 days of your service
  • We are happy to make reasonable adjustments when appropriate
  • Adjustments do not include a complete change of service or style from the original consultation

Product Purchases

  • Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if gently used
  • No refunds on retail products

Right to Refuse Service

Salon Ancora reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, unrealistic expectations, or repeated policy violations.
